A lot of people will have Microsoft Picture Manager on their computers as part of the Office suite. That is really easy to use to reduce files, I just set the size to 'web large' - 640x480 - which works perfectly.

As someone who regularly browses the classified *for sale* items page, I have noticed of late that certain postings are not visible until sometime after they have *sold* is it just me ? or has anyone else wondered why some items seem to appear the day after the time of the original posting ?
