On Moday the 14th Feb I posted a letter to the CAA. THIS MORNING Thurs 17th I received my exemption to test cert for my T33!

Hi Mick.... yes you are more than likely right it is a record for the CAA......BUT I BET YOU HAVEN'T RECIEVED YOUR PASS FOR THE ROUGHAM SHOW YET HAVE YOU, i have e-mailed you saying why............hope LYNNE ROBERTS hears from you soon

This is not a record, but customer service.
On Monday the 21st Feb I posted membership fee and various apps for LMA shows.
Today Wednesday the 23rd all return passes and card arrived.
Many thanks to those concerned for your highly efficient turn round.
