To Frederick.
Thanks for your PM. Unfortunately I can't seem to reply to it via PM, so if you are reading this then the answer to your enquiry is.... You don't need to book in your caravan nor register your models for this event. Just come along and enjoy the weekend with us. If you have never been to Catton before, especially with a caravan on tow, then you may wish to visit the LMA Events thread on this forum for advice about avoiding the narrow bridge of which many Sat Navs have a habit of leading folks to.
Hope this helps.
Paul.

Please may I. with respect, add my own comments as an event organiser to an above quotation, `You dont need to book in your caravan........for this event or many similar LMA Fly-in events.`
Here at Binham we very much appreciate the courtesy of a prior phone call to help with arrangements and to avoid disappointment.
I suspect that some other event organisers would agree with me on this.
Happy landings, Andrew Taylor

Completely agree with your comments Andrew and apologies if the statement implied otherwise for your own events. It is indeed generally difficult for any event organisor to plan for numbers at an informal event of this type as it will often be completely weather dependent. Quote now duly amended and re-submitted accordingly.
Regards.
Paul.
