Hi Dave, just clicked on the site and seen the front page, all I can say is its is stunning, and a superb job, "Well done mate" definitely the best web front page on the web, It's a shame there is not a lot of input and action on the forum pages, mind you, it got a little too hot on the old site

And those super photos by Neil really make it stand out, "Keep up the good work" (and I'll tell the Chairman your worth a pay rise  )

Regards,

Vince.

Hi Vince, thank you for those kind words, it means a lot when you get a reply like this, I am glad you like the page, every so often you find little gems on you tube which makes my life easier, I couldn’t stop watching the full size clip it is fantastic, as for Neil well I can’t praise him enough, he has been a life saver for the website and the Journal, volunteering all those stunning pictures for nothing and at very short notice at times I can tell you.

I know what you mean about the forum, but I have come the conclusion it is more of a way of communicating with other members when they are doing a project, needing help and advice or simply selling something, than a chatting (what have you done today) type forum, and if that is what suits our members then that is fine after all they are in the driving seat, not me.

Hi Vince,

Thanks from Yours Truly, too. Its nice when some positive feedback comes in - you then know what you're doing is going in the right direction. I know how much hard work it is for Dave (I get quite a few panic time e-mails) but we seem to muddle on through & finish up with a PDG finished job. Really glad its appreciated.

TTFN,
Neil
