Does anyone know of an alternative to Balsaloc for sealing the wood and sticking iron on covering. I am sick of buying small bottles at a seemingly high price.

Paul,go to your local builders merchant and buy a good size bottle of white glue,thin it down with water and it's just as good.I have been using it for years.
