we have just bought the drill at work, for deburring jobs etc, it comes with a flexible shaft, and is actually, pretty good and rubust, its been hammered since we bought it, we may be getting another, the tools supplied are great, one good feature is a shaft that is quick release, letting you put differant tools on, its not cheap, but for us, it has to be good quality, we did not buy the stand though, dont need it, got HUGE banks of vertical drills to play with :D

thanks Alan, we need them for drilling PCBs (1mm ) so we won't need to change tools. they do get hamered when the kids use them in an hour long lesson. upto now we've used Minicraft drills and stand but these get very hot and trip out on the overload. what is the diameter of your dremel Alan?
