1/4 Scale Hanna Reitsch

I always welcome a challenge, and so really enjoyed creating a bespoke 1/4 scale Hanna Reitsch. Although I have a 1/3 Scale Hanna Reitsch in my range, I had not yet make a 1/4 scale version.
I created her from my 1/4 scale civilian female pilot which is a new addition to my range. She needed to wear a white cloth cap, which I sewed for her, and painted her forehead curl escaping from the cap to add an authentic touch.
Her outfit is a blue/grey flight suit, worn over a white blouse. Small details add the finishing touch, so I finished off the look with a Silesian bow. This was a black ribbon with yellow spots. I created this by hand stitching yellow thread on a black ribbon.
She is now on her way to Guernsey!
