Small hinges

I was in need of a small strip hinge for my new creation and looked everywhere for what I required. Looking around the 'junk' that seems to breed in my workshop I noticed an old spectacle case with a sprung lid. After peeling back the covering fabric I found just what I was looking for, a hinge about 3 inches long, very compact and sprung to open and close with holes to put fixing screws in and to remove it from the case I had only to bend back some fixings. Just thought I would mention this for anyone else that needed a similar item.
