Is it not sad that there has not been a published answer to this question?
The LMA member accessible flying sites information should I think be part of RESOURCES.

Top right-hand corner of the page, where it says 'search our website', type in the secret code word 'waterplane' and the information will appear.
Also, reading the 'resources' section will give the name of the man you need to speak to.

Billing was also featured in the Christmas edition of the LMA Journal. The Chairman of Billing is also on the officials page of the Journal with all the contact details. So I don't understand why the question was asked in the first place.

There were answers.
I know of a few besides myself who fly FloatPlanes. Not all have Large Planes, tho' some have fairly large ones. Dr Jeremy Shaw certainly used to, at Loch Insh which I observed, and elsehwere.
