I recently returned from Malta and took a few pictures in the air museum whilst there. its a great place and well worth a visit, it has hangers full of bits of aircraft waiting to be rebuilt and a few air worthy examples. just a couple of pics to give the feel, i have more if required (Ian)

SWMBO and I went to Malta last year. Spent a good few hours at the museum.

It is a shame it is a bit run down. Needs a good injection of cash.
I trust you went to the National War Museum and saw Faith!!

We will deffinatly go back to Malta.

Paul and Kevin, that looks a very interesting place, just from the pics you've both posted you can see there is some fabulous relics in there, apart from the obviously delightful Flea, what is the twin canopy section from, Fairey Battle?? Is the Gladiator a replica or an original, looks like a replica but... Also, in one of Kevs pics, the car on the right, is it an Austin 8 Military, 2 door convertible?

Any more pics chaps, Flea, Austin, or anything shaped really!!???

Cheers, Ian.

The Gladiator is the remains of Faith, N5520 was her service number Ian, i saw it years ago, it was in this roughly restored state, but the rest of this museum is new to me, always fancied going back there,!!!
