But luckily even though it was a murky old day our President managed to do a flypast of my house and I had my phone on me!

Fabulous flypast at Manston and dead on time. Thousands of people turned up blocking the roads and lanes for miles around the airfield (now not used but we, the local population are doing our utmost reinstate it). The Manston Spitfire and Hurricane Museum Cafe must have had a field Day. I did get some pics but much the same as Robs.

She flew over her birth place on Saturday at Woodford. thousands of people where there and was let in the grounds. A few LMA members entertained them for three hours why we waited for her to arrive, the coffers for letting them in when to the Heritage Museum which is due to be opened soon to the public. Sad she won't be flying anymore, this country is c**p.

the Ghost Squadron were at Middle Wallop holding an aerotow meeting and were notified to stand down as the Vulcan was flying over so we decided to make a Vulcan shape on the airfield with all the models as a salute whilst we waited for it to fly past . Right on time the Vulcan came up the runeway but then diverted over the models and then gave us a full 360 around us before flying off.

I was at Old Sarum to watch her burn the 1 1/2 minutes of fuel that I had paid for I have yet to look at what my little compact managed to get while being unable to see anything on it's lcd screen

I did dave...but I think it's one of those left hand drive motors, so he might have been looking out of the other window!
