I am sure members of the L.M.A will join me in wishing Keith Mitchell a speedy recovery as he is going into hospital today to undergo a heart-valve replacement operation. We are all looking forward to him flying his Constellation.

I too second that! I was in contact with Keith on Monday & he said the hospital had contacted him that day to say they had a cancellation & he was off to get the job done!
I told him to watch out for the pretty nurses!

Yes, best wishes.

We saw the Keith and the Constellation at Long Horsley, and it is beautiful. We want to see both of them doing what they should be doing a.s.a.p.

Thanks, Chaps - Just got back on line after a rough week.
The valve removal was not straightforward; it was so calcified the surgeon said it was like chiselling out stone!! Consequently, the op' took twice as long and the G/A has left me spaced out for a week.
Had a pacemaker fitted today as a precaution but my heart seems to be pulsing nicely on its own. Feel a lot better; monitoring overnight and discharged tomorrow afternoon.
Reg's,
Keith
