Website updates

Postby Dave Parry » July 28th, 2016, 10:39 pm

Evening all, as our website seems to have took a bit of a bashing in the last couple of months over the fact that nothing seems to change on it, and after me spending all that time in the past getting you lot to use it when I use to do the website, I have decided to try and update it on a regular basis once again.

I have made a start with one of the last fly-ins I was at which was Southport Leisure Lakes, so if you are interested in what I thought of it or if you are just bored, click on the link below.

More to follow over the coming day/weeks so stay tuned folks.

What Dave forgot to add - Putting stuff on the website is the easy bit, it's writing it that takes time and effort!

So, if you've something that you think would be a good addition, especially building / detailing or other hints & techniques, please send them to the website email address and we'll see what we can do.
LMA Secretary - I've got a reasonable idea where you live!

Good point Rob, but good luck with that one. I can't get them to do that for the Journal, I have to agree writing it does take the time. I know I do enough of it. Some of you have sent me some great articles for the Journal in the past and thankfully some are still sending me stuff. Without there time and effort we wouldn't have a Journal.

I am contently asking for you to contribute to our Magazine I still need you to do that, but to be honest you shouldn't be moaning about the website not being changed or updated if you are not prepared to do something about it. This is why I have stated to contribute to the website even though I have very little time to do this as the Journal does take up most of my spare time but, I can't give you all grief if I am not prepared to do something myself. So come on I have started it your lot finish it.
