Help please.
Can anyone advise who currently sells plans for the John Greenfield designed 1/3rd scale Jungmeister originally sold by Radio Modeller? Also, does anyone sell a cowling for the model.
Alternatively, does anyone have a plan, and/or cowling for sale?
Thanks
John Greenfield

John
Traplet Publications took over the old Argus/ASP plans a couple of years or so ago and Sarik Hobbies took them on when Traplet closed.
Your Jungmeister plan is here:

Thanks Alan.
Plan ordered. A bit of a pain to have to buy my own drawing but I designed it back in the late 1970's and can't find the original.
Anyone know if you can still buy a fibreglass cowling. I know Bill Seward used to make them......back when we were all much younger !?

Hi John, Bill has been on here very recently, might he still have one? Falcon Aviation I'm pretty sure were offering them a couple of years back too.
Would you change anything in your design, now that you have a few more years experience behind you? I know when I did one a few years ago I changed to the scale wing section and made them plug in panels and with a prototypical dangly undercarriage. I was always impressed by the scale elevator hinge in your design.

I have seen Bill's posts on here recently so hopefully, he will reply.
I designed the model back in 1978 and at the time it was a "huge" model. Mine was full of scale detail including a full scale "dangly" undercarriage but when I tried to sell the plans I was told by Radio Modeler that I would have to simplify it because it was to "advanced" for anyone to build. I took this as a compliment but had to dumb it down or they would not accept the plan.
I am going through a bit of a nostalgia phase at the moment so thought I would revisit that model (and others). I have not looked at the plan for years so guess I will be horrified by some of the construction as we know so much more now about building large models!
