Building a BT P47 Im at the stage of fitting the dihedral brace its made from 1/8th ply
plan shows it built into one wing ,but the brace is also the depth of the wing, i cannot figure out how to fit Rib 1 in without cutting it into two pieces, the plan for the ribs does not show the rib being cut
anybody ever built this one
any help would be appreciated

Hi,yes w1 has to be cut.

I thought this would be the case but on the plans R1 has a dotted line on it i though the brace may have sat behind it
that lead to some confusion
