Blue foam

Can anyone advise me as to where I can get some blue foam either a sheet of offcuts suitable for making a plug to make a mold from.
Also what can I use to dissolve the foam if needed.

SIG, or Sheffield insulations to you. Dissolve with thinners or acetone
