This is just a spark arrestor, doesn't silence the sound, already have one that came with the engine, cheers though

Baffles, or no baffles, your on a loser, get the Pitts one, fill it full of spontex, I have had good results out of my 35 RA, takes the bark out, https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=hobby ... vk8DyYth7M
It’s either go this path, or fit a canister inside the fuselage, and manifold into it,

Dle are going to lose us flying fields all over the country. Some firm needs to take this on, and make ecent silencers, we are worried about the horrible noise from these things.

It will certainly help, but the basic silencer is anything but, more of a noise amplifier, the pepperpots for that’s what they are called, are in various sizes, but it’s finding them! If you go the spontex route, pack it in, you don’t want it going in the exhaust

Zimmermann in Germany or Morris Mini Motors in Malvern can both make decent exhausts.

I agree with Stewart, Morrisminimotors make excellent exhaust units both bespoke and modifications to existing units!
