More very sad news

The family have just let me know that Ted Alison
Long time LMAmember and builder of some fantastic models.
Also long time ex LMA treasurer has sadly passed away today after a long illness

Very sincere condolences to Mary and family. Ted was also a founder member of NMAS at Longhorsley and will be very much missed at the club.

This is a blow, one of the nicest guys I’ve ever talked too, and one of the most knowledgable guys in the association, so sad, thanks for the model memories Ted, you’ve made some Belters, condolences to family & friends,

As most of you will have already seen on Facebook.another good LMA friend passed away yesterday...ex SAA Chairman and LMA member Bill Grimsley passed away yesterday..we were only out for a drink last Sunday after the Marcle show and was taken ill with Heart Attack after travelling home to Family on Monday

He will be sadly missed by many.

Oh dear, yes very sad news, Ted was lovely reserved gentleman, who built some stunning models, and I was honoured to serve on the LMA Committee with him, sincere condolences to his lovely wife and family, thanks for your all your superb creations.

PS also condolences to Bill Grimsley's family, although I can't remember meeting the man but his name is familiar.
