my first custom barrel exhaust

well this will be my first venture into making an exhaust for a 26 cc, and may be my last if all goes tits up

so hears the parts

main chamber, baffel and exit tube and flat bar to carve the header plate

using durfix ali welding rods, in a braising method,

any tips would be welcome at this time

so wish me luck!!!!!!!!!! :lol:

design is better than the original

well here it is home made barrel exhaust and just of the braising station gaskets cut and fitted

still some fine tuning and clean up to do

second end cap went better than the first one

used durafix welding rod, takes a little practice to get rite, but it all came together in the end

had the header cnc'ed plus spacer

left the baffles out this time going to build another MK2 with baffles and it will in stainless and silver soldered

engine is still a virgin, not run or set up, need a little help with that part any takers?

would like to try to get engine running this weekend just got to set up the throttle curve
