update

been working hard on the coop, i was hoping to bring it to elvington ready for testing but ran into problems fitting the engine, back on track now, will be ready for next years season and i will get it flight tested, before winter set in, everything else has been set up, fitted back in after testing

engine is fitted, throttle sorted, and working needs setting up, on the TX and mechanically,
solved the choke issue, i think, but might change it, so i can use a servo, at present manual,

having to make a new barrel exhaust to fit the cowl cannot get one off the shelf to fit the engine!

the original one was a piece of tin rubbish, with a db rating of +96 so it's been binned photos to follow at my first attempted for an exhaust, on a new project

only have to fit the wind screens,

engine now tun and set up

first test flight when ok but the wind blow up and filght was canned for the day

few issues to iron out larger prop require move from a 17x8 to 18 x 8 or 18x10

need to sort out a weld on the exhaust, which has a minor leek, other wise it was a good first flight

thanks to Barry for the help today at the field and for taking the time to pass on advice?

need to source a dome shaped spinner or spinner prop nut in 75mm or have one custom made to fit a falcon prop 18x8
anyone help with a on how to make one or make on for me?

did think of a albatross type spinner in 70-80mm

try standard look crap and way to big

advice would great on this point!
