Well, its been a long time coming but it is finally finished thanks to my dad (Colin Wynn) just needs the reg letters on the back of the fuz and its complete. I now have a new stable mate for my faithful P-51 Mustang. The Spit sucessfully passed my self impossed 6 sucessful test flights prior to public shows and is ready for the best model show in the world (IMO). So if the powers that be give her a few slots then it will be flying in Cosford next weekend.
Its a Century Jet kit 1/5 scale, 89" weighing 34lbs with a Zenoah 62 up front. Home made undercarriage legs, SM service sequencer on the doors and battery backer (same setup as my P-51 (without the door sequencer)).
I have enclosed a few pics of her, not many of the build process as we were up against the clock to get her finished for Cosford but some taken after the last engine run. Picks of her in flight are to come once i can get my hands on my dads camera.
Hope to see you all in Cosford
Cheers
