160" storch

Ive been after a big storch for ages & ive been lucky to buy this 160 inch span storch from ken bones who was kind enough to sell it to me,.,."thanks ken",,this was flying on a 62 when in kens hands.,.,i wanted a dle55ra, which is what I was flying my 3rd scale l4 Cub on & it flew it with ease.,,.but knowing I had a spare DA85 sitting about i have choosen to use that as it fits , so its now got that up front,.,.so I guess its now a "SUPER STORCH".,.,.,the final scheme will be one from the north afrika campaign ,.,.poss one of the many that Erwin Rommel was flown about in with a 3d printed Rommel in the back seat as shown..,

The 160" storch is coming along,.what looked like minor damage has turned into quite a lot more as with most damaged airframes,.,.,.wings now will be attached with these tongues,,.,.most of the damage is now done & dave Clarke has done a super job with some modifications to give it some more strength.,..,
