I'm sure you can decipher the throws and C of G even if they're in German. Google might even be able to help you !

Richard, i have spent the weekend trying to translate the instruction for you, I think it says

Ailarons +15deg-10deg (both sides)
elevator +15 deg -15 deg
rudder +20 deg+20 deg
throttle +50 deg- 0 deg
If the model feels too responsive with these settings, don't push the stick so far.

hope this helps.

Richard, why not keep the T180 you're selling and get some stick time on that before moving to other things.

I've got approx 2hrs on a DR400, G-BALH, if that's any use.

update

tank has been cleaned and new tubing, new clunk, re-plumbed, refitted,

just waiting on the batteries,

and one more to add to the collection

i will be looking out for a large scale Cessna 182 or hawker hurricane 1/5 or 1/4 scale either to complete, refurbish or part complete or a kit build at some point in the near future

I have a flash and wot4 foamy and as good as they are they're nothing like any of the models you're refurbing. I'd fly the T180, then move to the WOT XL, then Chippy, then Jodel and Tiggie before contemplating a 1/5 or 1/4 Hurricane. Considering you went solo for the first time on the flash last week you've got a lot of flying to do before you move on to big warbirds.

I'm not knocking your enthusiasm Richard, just trying to advise you as to the best way of progressing through the different types of models...thats how i'd do it anyway.

the flash has been a great learning too and i am still flying it.

i understand chris, but i always been more of a builder than a flyer this is why i am learning to fly now, so i can fly my own models and test fly ones i refurb as some point in the future

my instructor says i doing well and we are aiming for next solo on the wot4xl in 3months

but did i say i wanted to fly the cessna 182 or hurrie, i said looking for a project to complete build refurb etc nothing about flying them

i am still learning to fly and and my next venture once i repaired the carb is my wot4 xl on buddy set up

I AM NOT DAFT ENOUGH TO FLY A NEW AIRCRAFT WITHOUT BUDDY at present!
