Mike - here is a shot of the three Spits at Baldock, with Ken's in the foreground, yours in the middle and mine at the back (Iknow you know that). Second is mine airbourne at Hastings with the pilot looking for the map he dropped....... promise he will appear next time out!
I am not just saying this because we are friends, but I loved the way the 1:4.8 scale Flying Legends Spit flew (mine is now 14 years old!), however, this 1/4 scale version is just magical in the air. It is everything you might expect a Spitfire to be (if you read the experiences of the pilots of the full size) and it handles like a dream in every respect. Flying it gives you a real buzz, which can be enjoyed to the limit, because it is absolutley viceless......... 11/10 its brilliant!
Thanks
