Here you go terry as promised,sorry i'm not better at photography.
This is the inboard made from 6mm ply,the bushing (nylon tube) is drilled at the same angle as the aileron spar so it moves correctly,the aileron ribs (either side of the hinge) are 3mm ply and are now reinforced with proskin and an l shape steel pin slides through the lot.
It works really smooth with no play.

This is how the aileron looks with the modified ribs to suit the hinge points.

And outboard,again 6mm ply,both hinges are glued with hysol to the corresponding ribs at the hinge points and extend into the wing roughly 4cm.

You can just make out the inboard one here before gluing,it is cut the shape of an H and locks between the upper and lower TE spars.
The outboard only locks into the lower because according to the plan the top spar ends before it gets to the hinge.
