Here is my new project for the coming season, which shall be available in kit form next year. I plan to use a 80cc King twin which just fits inside the cowling, the fuselage shall be built up, with a foam tailplane and main wing, with a F/G cowling and top gun hatch.
I do now have a website under construction for people to view.

This weekend i managed to get the rear fuselage sides on, the rest of the formers in, a few stringers and make up the stab too.

This weekend i managed to sheet the fuselage.
As you can see there is plenty of room for the radio gear and tank at the front, this is a 40 oz tank. there will be a fibreglass hatch here so making it easy to get to everything.

Well I'm still on the tail feathers, nearly done, will have to wait a few days now to get on again.
The rudder is built up the same as the elevators, with the centres removed they are very strong, the scale shape has taken longer than expected but worth the extra effort, in the kits they will be the basic build with the option of the ply skinning via a template.
And here covered.

I forgot to mention, Wolfy (steve white) is going to be building one too, once i am happy with the fuselage build construction which is this week, i shall be sending the drawings off to slec who will supply and laser cut the fuselage's for me. Wolfy will then build from the kit instructions to make sure it reads & builds O.K. he has the tail feathers already so will be making a start on those. My tail end is now ready to glue onto the fuselage as shown below.

Here's my 4.8 scale 190 before its second maiden after full restoration back in 2003.
First flew in 1996.
I have one left in Pa's garage along with all my Typhoon moulds.
When I get the pictures reduced.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
God im sick of this thing on this forum, nothing is ever the right bloody size.
I;snt it possible to have the software attached to the site so that automatically chops the images down.......

Don't get yer knickers in a twist Mike. Try this simple online image reducer/enlarger.
Come back if you have further problems.
Tony.
PS Max Dimensions for our forum are 600 wide and 400 high. Good luck

Cheers Tony, practical help, thanks.

Chris I'd love to be able to see the detail in your piccys but they are so small it is impossible.
What are you doing to make them so small. I'm sure others looking on here would like you to make the images larger.
If I can help please let me know.
Tony.

Hi Tony
I use imageshack which reduces them for me, if you click on the image it should enlarge, i used to use photobucket but it won't let me load them, please let me know if it is not enlarging

Hi Chris,
I use Photobucket to put my pictures on this site - no problem. You just have to make sure they're the right size before you download to P/b ie no more than 600 pixels long (I do mine 595, just to be on the safe side).
TTFN,
Neil
