Looks good Wayne, have you decided on the colour scheme yet ? That Red/Blue check was a common one from Reims, when I worked for one of the UK dealers in the 70/80's

Good luck with the back surgery, I had a slipped disc repaired and that took a good few months to recover from and it still isn't pain free!

Hi Wayne, that is looking great, can't wait to see it when it is finished. Sorry to here you are going to be out of action for such a long time, I hope it goes well for you. You could always do an article for the Journal on your build. Not all our members use the internet.

Hi Guys,

Many thanks for your comments and good wishes.

Well I was supposed to be lying on a theatres table today having my Op!!!!!
Had a phone call at 8:30pm from the Consultant to inform me that all operations have been cancelled due to a major incident, a little peeved but just hope the other person gets sorted.
They are now looking to see when they can get me in but mine takes some 7 1/2 hours so its not a quick thing.
Good thing is I can do some more on it this weekend ;)
Dave might take you up on that but may need a little assistance on how to do it.

Regards

Wayne

That's looking very nice, I seem to recall there was some checker board on one of the wings?

Hi Guys many thanks for the photos gives me some ideas.

Well taking the last opportunity to do some more work.
Not happy now with the shape of the Blue on the top of cowl so will re mask and extend to the sides and take the sharp lines out.

Tested and set up all the Radio now and all works fine.
Cockpit to do but will leave till last.

Still a lot of work left to finish her but that will now stand still until I am up from my bed after my Spine Op on Tue 3rd March witch can take some 6 weeks and then only allowed 10 mins a day until I have my MRI to confirm bones are taking hold, god I am going to go mad if I cannot get in my shed :( . Or the wife will be climbing up the wall LOL

Cheers

So been playing with the Laser 360v but having some issues, firstly my first time on a Laser V.
I keep losing a cylinder the same one all the time. I have:

Replaced Glow plugs
Swopped over fuel pipes
I have started the problem side with the other plug out and it runs fine when I bring on the other I lose it! Fuel is coming out so I know fuel is there.
With the motor not running if I take the fuel lines off the carbs fuel comes out.

Any ideas

Regards
Wayne
