I'm sure many of you are aware of my latest project (even if very few can pronounce it!!!....for the record it is....Lee Bel Loo Lah!)

Well, I can now say it has flown, twice! We went to Winterton last weekend (02/08/09) and despite a bit of trouble getting it to rotate initially....the model flew very well indeed (after we took out 2.5lbs of lead and loosened the main wheel nuts!)

It is still a bit 'spongey' on elevator, so a bit more testing with CG postion is needed but it looks more than promising so far......

I aim to get another 2-3 flights this summer and then strip it back down to cover it, make cowls, canopy etc.....

A video of the days activities is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjME7nmLaIc

Hi Steve,
Nice to see it in the air at last albeit in the nude!, look forward to seeing it finally finished.
Hope to see you at Rufforth at the week-end, fingers crossed for good weather!
Regards
Keith
