first of all i want to thank Paul Savage for grounding the chipmunk i brought to test fly @ Catton park

on CoG test Paul spotted the left wing spar was broken

actually after taking the wing covering off the whole wind spar was cracked to the tip and the 3 ribs shattered

you never know what u get with a a purchase

well here the result

after saving my pennies for a few weeks just splashed out on 3m of silver solartex, eeeeek that was pricey

time to recover the wing been sat for a while while i finish of smaller projects time to get it sorted

i did and i use it on on other models great stuff and @ £7-£9 a roll for 5m it worth every penny

the rest of the chippe is tex so i thought i would do the same and spray paint the yellow and black. as original..
