Ultrafly Outrage 3D

Postby Tony Collins 1073 » March 26th, 2020, 11:45 am

Hi all. This video shows a model which I am in the process of building,
which weighs about 13-14 ounces.
It first hit the scene many years ago, early 2000's I believe and became an
overwhelming success for its aerobatic performance, durability and good indoor
performance too. Apparently it can handle reasonable winds outside too.
The last few years I have done very little flying, a confidence thing
and it was not until I recieved new eye lenses and cataracts removal soon after
last years Cheddar flyin that I realised it was because I could not see properly.
It was as though someone had drawn back the curtains. Every thing was bright and
in sharp focus and I now have 20-20 vision with specs.
Shame that we have to wait to continue our normal flying. Anyway the models name is
the Outrage 3D made by Ultrafly. I was lucky to get an untouched kit from a club member.
They are no longer produced unfortunately although there might be something on Ebay.
Keep well everyone.
