Weight limit increase

Just a question really, did I hear right that the lmA may be raising the limit from 20kg dry too 25kg wet in 2016 ? sure I either heard or read it

There's a revision to the Air Navigation Order coming up that should be published in 2016 ish and the change from 20Kg dry to 25Kg wet in line with Europe may well be in it.

Is this going to affect the upper limit of I believe 150kg dry? (or is the upper limit 150kg wet?)

No, the upper limit is total weight (so wet), and is not being changed.
