After all these aircraft have been acquired, photographed, thought over, built, rebuilt, covered, fibre glassed, re-cowled, re-engineered, discussed, new undercarriages, litho-plated, smoke-systemed(?) re-plumbed, finished, oracovered, doped and tissued, primered, painted, decorated, re-servoed, re-batteried, re-engined, signed off and neatly stored in a brand new hand built trailer all ready for the show . . (phew) . . . that Moki 75 will be letting it all down . . .

have you seen my wanted posts look for a 62 cc but would like an 80cc for banner/glider towing on the beaver.

but i will start with 62c just to get up and running

Why bother putting a 62 in the beaver if you really fancy an 80 ? You might as well get an 80 and put it in from the start, saves time and most importently cutting the bulkhead / cowling about and making unnecessary holes.

80cc it is then start as mean to go on - give me a bit of extra power if needed

still looking for a used 80cc for it, last thing for it to get it up in the air

paint job on hold but she is part skinned

without engine and tank is now around 17kg, mange to cut the weight a little by replacing the under carriage with GF version, that is a 3 kg saving, taken out the cockpit back to basics, for now,

still on the look out for a z62cc for a project i have in the pipe

Richard I can't and nor do I want to kerb your enthusiasm but the first thing I would do if I was you is get your electric Wot4 and fly the dam thing, then move on to an I.C. trainer followed by a petrol trainer like the greenly you have etc... Otherwise you are just wasting your time doing all these projects because you will never fly them.

Even though I could probably fly most of the planes you have on the go I wouldn't dream of trying until I was sure I could fly with them with confidents first. These are not toys and need the respect and confidents from the person who is in control of them.

Having said that, if it is your intention to just build or revamp models with the prospect that someone else will fly them who has got the ability to do so. I will apologise here and now and say please carry on.

thanks for point that out and i understand that, i am doing my best to learn to fly i have a electric monocoope that i have been learning on, and ditch more times than i can count,
the big issue i have, local to me, no one prepared to commit to teaching me, on a regular basis,

i have a new T180 trainer almost complete, with SAFE system, the next one will be a 26cc t240 trainer.

thats said all change this year, after speaking to the chaps at Melton club which 40 mins from, i hope i will be joining there summer flight training and weekends budding up

i have said this to many people that i prefer to build and revamp models partly to learn and partly to fund

with the large ones i would prefer for the time being to let the PRO pilots like you dave to fly them, one day when i have enough confidence to fly i will.
