As David mentions, you need to first blank of Aux3/4 in order to create a paired channel.
Go to the SubMenu and DeviceSEL, go to the bottom right corner under AUX3/LEV and RUDD/D/R and make sure you have the OUT column set to INH for inhibit.
Then go to SubMenu and Wing TYPE and you will be able to go down to the Dual column and select the Mate function for ELEV and set it to AUX3. This will pair your AUX3 channel to the Elevator channel. With the Trim section you can activate to pair the trims together or leave inactive to do it individually though sub trims only.
When connecting servos, then one goes in ELEV and the other in AUX3.
Once paired you can still control individual sub trims and directions as per normal in the regular menu settings to get the best results.
