Does anyone know if someone has a Handley Page Victor flying?

Although there is not a 'real' one flying anywhere, except fast taxi runs at Bruntingthorpe, I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not a large model was in existence anywhere, or indeed if anyone was in the process of building one?
