Plastic bags full of sand works too.

Sanding

Spent an hour today doing some light sanding on the right wing, working on where the sheet panels have been joined, they have almost disappeared after the sanding, just need a little more work on both LE and TE.

Bottom view of the right wing, again a little more sanding needed on both LE and TE.

The Titan ZG38 SC plus accessories should arrive tomorrow or Thursday so looking forward to that arriving, do a test fit with the engine mount and then to the firewall.

Unboxing Review.

On opening the box looks to be packed well, no movement inside where the contents inside could not easily move.

Again packaged well.

Engine mount, plus parts.
Image

Instructions.
Image

Please note:

When mounting the motor mount on the Titan ZG 38, the enclosed washers between the motor mount and the motor must be inserted because of the eyes on the crankcase, otherwise the motor mount will deformed!

The four threaded holes extend into the crankcase. Therefore, give LOCTITE nut on the Allen screws! One drop is enough. Never inject the screw lock into the threaded hole!

The screws must not be screwed in more than 12 mm. Make sure that no foreign objects get into the engine.

Secure the motor mounts to the motor frame with M5 Allen screws, spring washers and serrated nuts.

Please correct any errors in the translation.

Washers for the engine mount to the firewall a little on the large size, not sure if they need to be added or used.
