Information and help please

Although I have retired from aero modelling. Can anybody throw some light on where I can purchase a small water cooled marine engine.
I would prefer petrol ignition of about 10cc for project that I would like to undertake with my young son.
I did know of an engine called a 'Gannet' which was available about 50 years ago. These were very expensive at the time so my father designed and built his own 4 stroke OHV
