Another close up photo where the male peg is insreted into the scrap block in the left wing making it very strong, a good tight fit.

In this photo I have placed both wings together then placed this on top the fuselage, I'm now starting to see how big the Sky 120 is, as you can also see the Sky 120 now has a set of wheels.

Wing Fixing Tongues

These are parts W20 and W21 and when glued together are inserted and glued next to the root rib W1, but because they are not think enough I will be gluing a piece of 1/32 ply inbetween the two to make it the correct thickness.

Should have bought one of these a long time ago, not so much sanding now.

Firewall

All holes have now been drilled, next step is to add 3/8 sq hardwood strip for the cowl, and then fit the cowl around the ZG38 SC.

ZG38 SC Trumpet Flange

Both parts dry cleaned.
Image

Both parts glued in place together with 30 min Epoxy, once the glue was placed on both parts I was turning the trumpet for 30 mins until the Epoxy was set to get an even covering.

Test fitted to the ZG38 SC.

Can you adjust that carb link rod back a bit, to give you more thread A, for fitting a lock nut on, and B, to give you some adjustment, it’s at its limit, And I’ve never seen a tank with the vent and fill pipes at the rear? But, can’t see it not working, looking very nice, Geoff, credit to you, and the Razor plane, good, eh?
