Temperature operated cowl flaps

Many years ago I bought a ThermaCowl to operate the cowl flaps on my Corsair according to the temperature in the engine bay. It has worked perfectly for many years but I can't locate the original supplier in the states.
Does anyone know of a similar product?

Only just seen this, but what radio system do you use? several have telemetry temperature sensor feedback which can be used to operate a channel, so you could have automatic operation using a servo via a spare channel on your transmitter.

Hi Frank, I use a rather old Futaba T14SG. I know that Jeti are able to do this but I don't want to change all of my gear.

Stuart, OK the other option would be to use an Ardunio and use that to control a servo, but that would need you to build and program a system, there a few examples on the web, i.e. https://www.instructables.com/id/Temper ... nd-Servos/

That instructables example is very basic and equivalent to replacing the potentiometer on a servo tester with a thermistor, no set end positions or anything.
