Is it me, or is that truely what you would describe as a 'cover shot' on the front of the journal.
There is a superb Mustang reviewed internaly!!!......or doesnt it matter if its not on the shelves of the Newsagent.......what?????

Mike--i must admit when i first took the journal out of the envelope and the first impression of the front page was dissapointing with that dull photo---but from there on i thought the content was good--probably the best for some time---

Dave, ditto, no crit on the internal, excellent, maybe i should of said that to start with.
Its just I thought the cover was sadly lacking compared to the high standards maintained in the association.
Nothing personal like, its a task putting the copy together as we know from the past.

this is the best journal for a hell of a while, well done to the team, but yes, we could have had a better cover--interesting story though, :D

Hi Phil,

Personally, I'm not really that bothered by the cover, to a certain extent, because lets face it, we're a 'captive' readership - its what's inside that counts & I have to agree with all the positive statements about the journal. Damn good job, mate - keep up the very good work.

TTFN,
Neil

Thank you all for your comments.
I too am disappointed with the way the front cover picture has turned out. In preparation it had far more contrast and was not pixelated. The contrast, I guess, will be corrected as part of the learning curve of getting to grips with the new printing technology. The pixelation will require further investigation.
Hope to avoid similar problems in 131!

Both mine and the wifes journals arrived yesterday, first time ever they have arrived the same day :D Seems the new printers are doing a grand job.
Great journal with plenty to read, well done to all concerned, especially the Ed.
