1/4 scale glider pilots

I need some help, Where does everyone get there 1/4 scale pilots from that doesn't cost a arm and a leg sorry for the pun :lol:
I have two companys which will cost about £100.
There must be more out there, please come anybody help.
My glider is being built and not a pilot in sight.
