Hi All, well how many of you have managed to get out flying this weekend, what a difference a week make last weekend sunshine but cold this weekend well I will let the pictures tell you.

Snow does not stop us flying. Just fix on those HobbyKing plastic skis and off we go.....Here is Sam's Edge 540 landing...

Nice one Andy, advantage of electrics no having to kneel in the snow to fuel and start the dam thing, glad you didn’t get to cold.

Dave--a good covering of snow in Cheshire today---no more this evening but its -6 here tonight and snow is well frozen

I know that you Twonk Mr M!! but if he is luckey he will be out playing in the snow and enjoying himself as he was last year :)

Hey Mr DJ. call that a good covering. Forgot,we are made of hardier stuff up here. Saying that, I have had to dig myself out from home and into work at least four days on the trot when we had that last lot. My camera literally froze when I was at work. Managed to thaw it out to take some pics. Will post them shortly. Back to your cocoa and slippers DJ. Solly :lol:

In my day when we had proper winters & had to go shopping in a tractor we used to dream of frozen cameras!

Well Steve Holland is back in this country, just received this email from him.

Hi Dave

2,500 miles and a 25c drop in temperature and I've found snow. I have to say it was fun but much harder to land as I couldn't feel my thumbs.
