Supplier of klass cote

Can someone tell me of a supplier of klass cote in the UK.......

Also can it be sprayed over enamels......need it as a fuel proofer......for glow/petrol

I've used it over cellulose, solvent acrylics and water based Warbircolors....all are OK, but I'd check with Mike @ KlassKote to be 100% sure Dave
