its got a little light, its got a variable potentiometer, i reckon its an on board glow, plug goes into a Y lead, other lead of the Y goes into the throttle servo, pot lets you set the power to come in anywhere in the throttle range, there should also be a small reverse switch, the battery to power the glow goes into 2 of the terminals on the left, with the screwy slots, dont know what the third screw is for, or, it might be a self destruct, or a nuclear trigger, (still cant get smilys in )

Alan
So what you are saying is that because its not exploded or self destructed you have not got a clue what it is.
You just guessed.

Mr Parry
There will allways be a certain amount of wit between Yorkshiremen and the poor counterparts over the pennines. In the end we all like banter and the world would be a lesser place without it. Mr Buckley
If I turn the item over you will see what you see now (nothing).
So let me know what it is.
Regards
John

Or should i say, its an on board glow, powered by a sub C size battery, the light comes on when the circuitry is triggered, when the throttle stick moves to maybe tick over(set by the potentiometer) look for a small sliding switch, this is the reverse, usefull unit, and one that i use regulary with inverted 4 bangers, wanna flog it?

Thank you Mr Cantwell
Having had a second opinion, I would agree with you regarding the item.
I have two of these, but would be fearfull to ask you to make me an offer for fear of being insulted and the shekle is way under valued in comparison to the groat.

Hi John, I'm 99.9% sure that what you have is a Telco onboard glow which is sold by south herts models. http://www.southhertsmodels.co.uk/IGs.htm
Have had a couple of these in the past, worked ok but since changed to petrol.
think I swoped mine for a new set of blades for the sprout harvester.
