Membership Renewals

Postby Lynne Roberts » December 6th, 2014, 9:45 am

Just a reminder that renewals are due by the end of this month and that you can now renew by card by going to "Membership & Renewals". Thank you to everyone who has already done so. The more members that renew by this Monday morning, the fewer renewal notices will have to go out with the journals next week thus saving time and money.

Thanks for the reminder. It took all of 3 minutes, quite painless!

Yesterday set the record - I got 193 renewals. Well done everyone, carry on like this and I'll get my dining table back for Christmas dinner!

It would appear that a number of new membership cards that I received renewals for on 20/12/14 have gone astray.
Not surprising, as I got a number of envelopes back because I had stuck a small sticker with my return address on the back, the postman blamed the automated system - it mustn't look for a stamp!
If you have renewed and not received your new card, please email me and I'll send a replacement.

I've just come back from posting today's renewals and met an engineer at the post box mending the lock. It would appear that the box was broken into the week before Christmas and again last week. His advice was to use a more public sited box which I will do in future.
I can now stop accusing my family of not posting my mail!

Only 6 days to go before membership renewal goes up to £30.
