Having done a bit of research on model radial engines, these are the general facts...

The EVOE7260 is:
£2,213.54 (buying direct from Horizon)
260cc.
15.6HP (aprox) output.
Prop range 2-blade 32 x 12, 32 x 14 or 3-blade 30 x 12.
7 cylinder engine.
Weight 6.7kg
Apparently a single bolt prop hub.
Unknown ignition.
RPM Range: 1,000–5,500 rpm
Mounting Dimensions: Diameter 12.6 in (32 cm), Length 10.6 in (27 cm).

The moki 250 is:
£2,850.00
250cc.
15HP output.
Prop range 2-blade 32 x 18-34/12 or 3-blade 28/16-30/14 prop.
5 cylinder engine.
Weight 5kg.
Multi bolt prop hub.
Electronic ignition.
RPM Range: unknown (but has things like an rpm limiter and an 'automatic speed related advance/retard system'...
Mounting Dimensions: aprox 12inch diameter.

Having looked at many pictures of a stearman, they all seem to use a 7 or 9 cylinder engine. But other than that, I have no idea on the reliability of either engine. Just thought these facts may help.

Edit/
The Evo is actually built in India and licenced to Horizon. THIS is their website.
They talk a lot about hardened rings and billet aluminium and so on. They seem to have more information than the moki. And they certainly look shiny..!

Both engines have certain things going for them, I personally prefer the Evo, but I'd love to see them take on some of the mokis hardware such as the multi bolt hub.

Hi Paul thanks for the info i think i will go with the evo radial engine after seeing some videos on tube and much prefer the engine note for the stearman and it looks best .if it had been a war bird i would have gone for the moki.
thanks again

No problem, the only downside to all the information is that there's no data on torque or response time for either engine...

Ok, some slight updates...

The moki 250 (5 cylinder) is aprox 12inches diameter

But I've also found this:
Moki 250 (7 cylinder)

Although it says the manufacturer is a company called RCS, in the video it states it's a moki...
There's very little information on it, but it's about 11inches diameter.

What I'd REALLY like to see on these engines are bolt on options, such as a generator (usable to trickle charge batteries for longer use) and air pump (usable to keep air tanks topped up).
I'd also kill for a true variable prop option!

The RCS (RC Showcase...now defunct) is a Moki. There was some issue of RCS using the "Moki" name. Same with AMR in Canada. Same engines, different names.
EDIT...AMR are now calling it a Moki.
Cheers,
Dave.
