I am afraid they do Alan quite a lot; it is not only that the person who has been hacked has to change everything like passwords emails bank details etc... Then they have to contact everyone to let them know what has happened and to give them their new details, a logistic nightmare when you have as many contacts had DJ has, remember this was his main email and has been for years.

I hope we have sorted it now Dave, fingers crossed.

I get it Dave, darned nuisance, i think its important not to vent ones spleen at these evil gits as well, reply to their email, and they have your details, then it all starts again, to be honest, if it happened with me, i would not know where to start!! hope you get it sorted boss,

There is a book around called 'Do not delete'. I can't remember the author but the character in the book actually contacts these con artists and plays them at their own game. Don't know if it is true but some of the stories are very amusing. If you like a bit of a laugh give it a read.
