Now onto the wing, the wing comes in 2 halves, with flap section cut out, ailerons cut out, tunnels for wires, and cuts for spars and ribs, over the next few weeks I will show the construction with the plug together spar.

This shows the first spar being glued into place.

Now glue down the outer rib, the one in my hand is just to show direction.

Now a section of foam is re-fitted and the inner rib glued in, part of the foam will be cut away later for the wheel well and retract unit, seen here in the red hatching area where the retract rails will go.

work & going to the shows it has been hard trying to get on with the 190, this weekend I managed to get some time on her so not long now till she goes to kit. The wings are now 2 part, and with the alterations it comes together well, fibreglass moulds are now done, you can see i have added a section to the front of the wing making it easier to fit together, and the new retracts from David Brown should be with me by next week :D

The 190 had two very successful flights in the cold and wind today, had a few problems to solve before I was happy with it, from the link below you can see its first landing today, kit orders can now be taken, with it being ready for January, a £100 deposit is required, full details will be on my website this week www.williswarbirds.co.uk
