the other issue is servos for elevator

on the plan is states 2 servos for elevator, is there a low profile servo that i could use and do u y lead them or mix them on 2 channels?

I use two channels and mix my elevator servos on the TX that way if one fails i still have half an elevator working.

I think ether would be up to the job, the S3001 only have 3Kg at 6v. I use two 6v eneloop packs with a SM Services battery monitor.

for rudder 10kg server

elevators - 2 x Hitec HS-75BB low profile

aliron 2 x wing servo 5kg 6v

all working on 6v

I think the Hi Tec 75 you are intending to use for the elevators is actually a retract servo and not proportional. If so it will be unsuitable.
I suggest a pair of Hi Tec 645's they will fit in the drawn positions without any problems. As one is mounted on top of the other and therefore the servo arms face opposite directions (one up and one down) you can join them with a "Y" lead and use 1 channel.
