Strange e-mail from LMA

Postby Scott Douglas » June 20th, 2014, 9:43 am

I know this is spam but for those who don't be careful of facebook or other e-mail invites from "lma.website.manager@gmail.com" AKA "Steve @ LMA Website"

Scott,

See this thread

The mail isn't actually coming from the LMA, it just looks like it.

Cheers

Rob

Yes I just recieved one aswell but my anti virus picked it out as a Phishing email. I think this highlights how important it is to have a decent anti virus system and to keep your computer neat and tidy. Too many times have I had to help friends out who have not been looking after their computers and have run a fowl of viruses and "bad links". If its too good to be true it usually is.
