Christmas Journal and the unsung heroes.

Postby Dave Parry » December 9th, 2014, 8:26 pm

Hi all, with the festive spirit now upon us your journal editor has been working his magic to get this issue done in time for the holidays.

It is now at the printers and being rolled off the presses as we speak. I would just like to say a big thank you the Dr Keith Mitchell, Rob Buckley and Team Valley printers who go through all the articles and correct the many mistakes and errors that are made putting the issues together.

Also I would like to say a special big thankyou to Neil Hutchinson for all the wonderful and stunning pictures he send to me for you all to enjoy. They are all my unsung heroes.

Merry Christmas everybody. (now where is that smiley with the Santa hat on)

Hi Dave, mine arrived at lunch time another great issue. One slight flaw though is the text on the Propguy ad, it is almost unreadable?

Superb Journal, well worth the read. Some very good articles and good feedback on the AGM and the CAA meeting, especially with the recent publicity about 'drones'.

Well done to all.

Hi Barrie, yes we did try to fix that but it was to late the Journal was already on the presses and couldn't be changed plus any delay would have meant we would have missed the deadline and had no journal until the New Year. It will be sorted for the next one.

Hi Christopher, glad you enjoyed it. It's worth all the effort when you get feedback like this.

Thankyou.

Journal arrived yesterday and I have to say it is one of the best yet. A good balance of subjects and a good read.

Well done to all those involved in putting it together.

Happy Christmas to all.

John

We didn't want to cause a run on the LMA personal accident insurance.
LMA Secretary - I've got a reasonable idea where you live!
